The Democrats deserve nothing at the midterms, should there be midterms or any other elections. They are always doing shit like this. Their cultists say, “But they are all we have.” No, they don’t work for you and you don’t have them. You just want to believe you do. It’s called Denial.

Some idiot wrote, “The congress and senate?” WTF? Sigh.

So some people are still writing that in comments. I read it today in a comment on a website. A Democrat wrote that she hoped for impeachment after the Democrats take back “the congress and Senate.” Sigh. She doesn’t know that the Senate is part of Congress; that it’s the upper body? Where the fuck has she been? Where did she train not to know that? What she should have written was the House and Senate.

I have never understood why the members of the House — their official title is Representative — are referred to as “congressman/congresswoman.” And some of the Representatives feed into this by referring to themselves as “congressman/woman” rather than Representative. Why are they not consistently referred to by their official title? Doh. But senators are not referred to as “congressman/woman,” even though senators are part of congress.

So, I’ve started referring to senators as “congressman/woman” whenever I write about senators, such as Congressman Sanders. He’s in the congress isn’t he? Yes. And the senate is part of congress, isn’t it? Yes. Then he’s Congressman Sanders.

We have so many things/traditions — I guess this “congressman/woman” nonsense would be under that category — that make no sense and this is one of them. The same is true in the classical music tradition where many of the traditions make no sense to thinking people. They’re done because of tradition.

I don’t know what nut(s) started referring to the House of Representatives as “Congress” and its politicians as “congressman/woman” rather than their official title.

My choral friend said to me whilst writing this article, “what about the District of Columbia?” I said: Oh I’ve given up on that. Our society has become so stupid that many people don’t even know where the District is or what it is (except for the residents of the DMV: District, Maryland and Virginia), even though District of Columbia is the official title for the US nation’s capital and not the sheeple “Washington DC” nonsense.

But back to that comment I mentioned earlier: that person seemed to have just come out of a deep sleep or something. After the Democrats take back the “Congress and Senate” she wrote, they can impeach the dictator — yeah, that’s really going to happen; NOT — “crossing fingers” she wrote. Well “crossing fingers” has about as much effect as knocking on wood, and hope and prayer. I take it that this person has not been paying attention to have heard that the dictator has talked about cancelling the midterms because “we don’t need them because I’ve accomplished so much” he said. And even if he doesn’t cancel the midterms, why would any sane person think the midterms will be legitimate? The commenter seemed to think that we are in ordinary times rather than in a fascist dictatorship. I’d like to ask her: Who builds a gaudy and tacky ballroom and then leaves? Instead, they stay on to enjoy it and there’s no one to make him leave when he’s been given complete immunity by the maga trash on the us supreme court. Also to her saying that the Ds will vote to impeach. What drugs is she on? Is she talking about the same Ds that support funding the ICE gestapo? Does she not remember or know that in the past when the Ds had the House and Senate, they most often voted with the Republicans. So it made no difference that they had majority in the House and Senate.

In my opinion, the dead Democratic Party deserve nothing at the midterms, if there is an election then. Why would one vote for a party that is dead and whose politicians only pop up every now and then, and when they do, for example, they talk about credit card rates (as did Congresswoman Warren in the Senate) of all topics, with all that’s going on. There are a few exceptions to this but only a few. Most have been silent and have not earned their salaries. They have essentially been on welfare since this pompous bully asshole out-of-control-child in an adult body took office. He’s the scum of the Earth. California Governor Gavin Newsom has been the most vocal and vigilant of all and he has told it like it is about the 34-count convicted felon and adjudicated sexual assaulter pervert and now dictator in the oval. Most recently at Davos where Newsom told the EU politicians that he should have brought knee pads with him. He said, “I can’t take this complicity. People rolling over. I should have brought a bunch of knee-pads for all the world leaders. I mean, handing out crowns, and handing out…I mean, this is pathetic. Nobel Prizes, they’re being given away. It’s just pathetic. I hope people understand how pathetic they look on the world’s stage. At least from an American perspective, it’s embarrassing.” He’s absolutely correct. He went on: “The Europeans should decide for themselves what they do, but what they can’t do is what they’ve been doing. And they’ve been played. This guy is playing folks for fools and it’s embarrassing.”

Newsom; however, is sometimes hard to figure out as my choral friend said. He was featuring (translation: promoting) the far right “maga” cultists on his podcast there for awhile. But I do agree with him about people falling all over the dictator, bowing and scraping and kissing the ring of this idiot child in an oversized adult body. The whole world seems terrified of this one piece of trash. I don’t understand that.

Of course all of the D cultists/voters will vote for the Ds, just like the R cultists/voters will vote for the Rs. Both corporate parties are cults and their cultists blindly vote for their politicians no matter what they do for the dictator.

As for the dead Democratic Party: Stop using the pathetic excuse, “we’re the minority party; we really can’t do anything and we’re all terrified of the dictator.” Then fucking resign. You are a disgrace. You have a mouth don’t you? I haven’t heard most of you open your mouth since this piece of septic trash took up residency in the oval office. Again, resign. If you’re so terrified of this international bully, this piece of gutter trash, you don’t belong in the congress at all. You never learned how to deal with bullies? What pathetic people. I learned how do deal with bullies in High School.
