When most people type that they unfortunately leave out the word “memorial” for some reason which is crucial to the name of the Center. The Center/the building is a memorial to the late President Kennedy, which the dictator doesn’t seem to grasp. He’s dense, which is why he gets most things wrong.
In order to have a memorial building to a person, the person has to be dead/deceased, something which goes over the dictator’s enormous head. So the dictator apparently thinks he’s dead by him putting his name in front of Kennedy’s name on the Center. Therefore, the Center is now a memorial to both of them, even though the dictator is still alive, unfortunately.
Reflecting: During the three years that I had the opportunity to perform on the Kennedy Center Concert Hall stage with Norman Scribner’s Choral Arts Society of Washington and later with Dr Paul Traver’s University of Maryland Chorus and the National Symphony Orchestra as well as guest (inter)national touring orchestras such as the Paris Opera Orchestra and The Cleveland Orchestra, if someone had told me that in some future year that some insane fascist nut in the white house would be taking over the Kennedy Center and ruining it, I would have called that person insane as well and asked, “What drugs are you on?!” Now that is happening.
The dictator claims he will “keep the structure and steel” but some of the marble will go and some will stay. I suspect he will bulldoze the place. This nut and the “maga” trash around him are chronic liars, so regardless of what he says, I assume he will destroy the Kennedy Center just like he destroyed the east wing of the white house, and follow no federal District of Columbia building codes/rules whatsoever.
I also assume that the Concert Hall’s relatively new Pipe Organ — which as I recall was denoted by the former Chair that this nut replaced — will be destroyed because the dictator would not have the intelligence (or care) to have an organ company carefully remove the organ before he demolishes the Concert Hall. The intelligent and thoughtful person (which he is not); however, would see if a local church is interested in buying it and having it installed. That would also give special appeal to any church that buys it. The church could promote itself by saying, “We now have the Kennedy Center Concert Hall Pipe Organ. Come and hear it.” Bottom Line: The Kennedy Center is going away to be replaced by an “Entertainment Complex” (those are the dictator’s words) with only the dictator’s name on the building. And why would anyone in the DMV (District, Maryland and Virginia) want to go there when they didn’t want to go to the Kennedy Center with his name graffiti’ed on the Kennedy Center? This nut is dense.
But what does all that have to do with midterms? And should the Dead Democratic Party take back the House and Senate, even if they do, what difference will it make? What makes people think that anything would change? Historically that has not been the case.

** Regarding my use of “congresswoman,” for senators. Some people will lecture me that senators are not referred to as “congresswoman” and “congressmen.” And why not? They are referred to as such on this site to make a point. Why is it that only members of the House of Representatives are referred to “congressmen/woman.” What nut came up with that stupid tradition? The senate is part of congress isn’t it?
