That was the philosophy of a teacher of mine. He was diligent instilling that thinking in all of his students.
Thinking about that these days, the convicted felon and rapist obviously never learned that because rather than trying to improve himself (which he never does), he wastes his corrupt, fist-pumping and pathetic life trying to prove himself and how big and tough he thinks he is. It’s always all about him and how important he thinks he is. And how above the law he thinks he is as the tyrant quickly installs a dictatorship in the US, and no one seems to have any interest in stopping him. As for trying to improve himself, he never learned anything about humble and modest. And sadly, all the insecure people in our society are very intimidated by him. Even very established justices and judges of the US Judicial system.
Talking with a friend about him today, it’s amazing how many insecure people just bow to him to kiss the ring. My friend said, “Knowing you as I do, you’re not intimidated by anyone.” Well that is true and I wouldn’t be bowing to him especially since I consider him and the “people” around him to be absolute gutter trash. I have no respect for him and would treat him as such. He pretends to be so concerned about antisemitism yet he had dinner with a Holocaust denier. He’s such a phony. But even credible judges in the US Judicial system are allowing themselves to be intimidated by this low-life gutter-trash. It’s infuriating to watch them cave right over to him. What is it about him that intimidates so many people? Well, usually people who are intimidated by others don’t know themselves as a person, they are very insecure — regardless of what job title they hold — within their own person and need some credible psychotherapy. Is it because he’s in the US Kremlin (also known as the White House)? What’s so special about that?
When I lived in the District of Columbia, I worked right across the street from the White House and came to see the White House as just like any other building. I noticed that District residents on the Metrobus riding down Pennsylvania Avenue and passing the White House didn’t even look in that direction towards the White House when we went by there. So DC residents didn’t see the White House as any special place either. That’s still probably true. And considering how many corrupt trash — both D and R — have occupied the Oval Office, I don’t see the Oval Office or the White House as any special place. It’s just a building and a room, and it’s small by international standards where “world leaders” live. But I do know that many people have been brainwashed to think of that building and that room as some “awe-inspiring” place — you must wear a tie in there!; I wouldn’t — and where their messiah “president” was/is located.
Based on experience, I have no respect for any of it, especially now with a convicted felon, rapist, outlaw and gangster et al holding the building. I did have special feelings for the Kennedy Center — since I was fortunate to perform there many times — until the convicted felon and rapist took that over. Now, that too is contaminated and no longer a special place.
Unfortunately the piece of trash occupying the oval office never learned anything about improving himself — since he hasn’t done so — but instead for him it’s all about proving what an asshole he 24/7. And he thrives on doing so. And I’m not intimated by assholes or bullies. I learned how to deal with both years ago. Unfortunately, most people can’t say the same. Even people in so-called “high places.” And for me, it took no special intelligence on my part to learn how to deal with them.
I have a relative who doesn’t know herself and never will, and she’s very intimated by some people, including me as it turns out. I told her that I had written to the Chancellor and the Dean of one of the schools in the University, and she was blown away by that, that I knew the Chancellor and the Dean. So? I thought: What’s the big deal about that? They’re just people like anyone else and very nice people as it turned out. Both the Chancellor and the Dean were very easy and nice to deal with. But she would have been very intimidated by both the Chancellor and the Dean, that she wouldn’t have written to either of them about a concern. I didn’t think anything of it. In fact, when the Dean wrote back he signed his email with only his first name rather than Dr ____. I thought that was pretty cool of him.
